02 Privacy

This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, who receives it, how long we keep it, and your rights. It covers dmassociates.xyz and our booking page. Founder OS, our software for programme cohorts, has its own notice inside the application. When we run a programme for an incubator or accelerator, that organisation decides how founder data is used and is the controller (data fiduciary). We process that data only on its documented instructions under a data processing agreement. We do not use programme data for our own purposes, including advisory sales, marketing or any investment activity.

Who is responsible

Dineshwara Manideepu & Associates (OPC) Private Limited ("DM & Associates", "we") decides how this data is used. For EU and UK law we are the controller; for Indian law, the data fiduciary. Contact details are in section 6.

05 Purchases and refunds

This applies to Founder Readiness Products bought through our product pages. Advisory engagements and Pilot Cohorts are governed by their own written agreements.

  • What you buy. A digital product, described on its product page, for your own use under the licence stated there.
  • Price. Shown on the product page, with GST added for buyers in India where it applies. The full total is shown before you pay, with no added charges at checkout.
  • Payment. Processed by Razorpay. We never see or store card or bank details.
  • Delivery. Digital only, with nothing shipped. Access is sent to the email you give at checkout within 24 hours of payment. We keep delivery records to confirm it.
  • Invoice. A GST-compliant invoice is emailed after payment.
  • No change-of-mind refunds. Founder Readiness Products are digital files, so we do not offer refunds if you change your mind after purchase. This does not affect the following:
    • Charged twice or in error: we refund the extra charge in full.
    • Not received: if access has not arrived within 48 hours, tell us and we resend it. If we cannot deliver, we refund you in full.
    • Damaged or not as described: if a file is corrupted or materially different from its description, tell us within 14 days. We replace it, or refund you if we cannot.
    • Payment taken but no order confirmed: the payment is reversed or refunded.
  • Refund timing. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days. Your bank may take longer to show them.
  • Complaints. Write to the Grievance Officer in section 6. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month.
