Three rules we hold to.
- 01
Every claim carries its source.
A number is recorded with where it came from, from a signed contract down to plain belief.
- 02
Weak evidence counts for less.
A belief is weighted below an observation, so a plan built on hope shows its gap.
- 03
We report what the evidence says, including when it is unwelcome.
A hard finding in week two costs a founder far less than a polite one in month twelve.
These rules run through the advisory work and through Founder OS, where four checks apply them. How the four checks work
Where software helps, and where people decide.
| In advisory | In Founder OS | In a programme cohort | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who applies the method | Dineshwara, with your team | The founder, guided step by step | Founders in Founder OS, with Dineshwara in group sessions |
| What software does | Records the evidence and runs the calculations | Asks the questions, records the evidence, runs the checks | The same, and it feeds the cohort report we write |
| Who decides | Dineshwara makes every recommendation; your team decides what to act on | The founder decides what to do with each result | Dineshwara reviews every cohort's results; the programme makes its own decisions |

What we will not do.
Promise funding.
No engagement, product or programme of ours comes with a promise about raising money, winning a grant or being selected.
Mix advisory with investing.
Paying for advisory does not affect any investment decision, and investor introductions are never part of paid work.
Give tax or legal advice.
We prepare the commercial side alongside your accountant and lawyer. They advise, and they sign.
Write or submit grant applications.
We build the plan; the application stays yours.
Charge founders inside a programme.
In a Pilot Cohort, the programme pays.
Name a client without written permission.
That is why our outcomes show sector, stage and result, and never a company name.
Dineshwara invests personally. Here is how we keep it separate.
- Dineshwara invests in early-stage companies in a personal capacity, and says so before any engagement starts.
- Dineshwara does not invest in a founder from a partner programme's cohort without that programme's written agreement, and never uses information from a programme to decide.
- While working for a programme, we do not sit on its selection or investment committee.
- Investor introductions are a separate, unpaid service with its own terms.
