# Propose a Pilot Cohort

Tell us about your programme and your next intake. Our founder reads every proposal personally.

- A written cohort report, against the measures agreed in week 1
- A short note on what to keep, change or drop for the next cohort
- The option to continue under a full licence. The pilot fee is credited toward it.

**What it is not:** an introduction to investors, or a selection decision on your behalf.
