Programme readiness check

# Twelve questions about what your cohort can show.

For incubators, accelerators, university centres and innovation programmes. It asks what your programme can evidence rather than what it intends, because the gap between the two is where most cohort reports quietly fail. About ten minutes, and the report is yours either way.

## What this asks about your programme

- **Selection** — Whether who gets in is a process or a judgement, and whether two cohorts can be compared at all.
- **Mentor capacity** — Whether the support promised is the support available, and whether you can see during a cohort who is not getting any.
- **What you can measure** — Whether you can evidence what the programme changed, rather than what it did. Most programmes measure satisfaction at the end and call it outcome.
- **After the cohort** — Whether anything persists once it ends. The outcomes that justify a programme to a funder mostly happen afterwards.

## What this is not measuring

It is not an assessment of your founders, and it produces no league table. It asks what your programme can evidence, not what it intends — the gap between the two is where most cohort reports quietly fail.
